Are estimates free?

Yes, we provide free estimates by appointment only.

Do I need to be at the appointment?

Yes, you need to be at the estimate so that we can correctly diagnose the issue(s) and answer your questions.

Do you offer payment plans?

No, we do not offer payment plans. Full payment is due at the completion of new roofs and within 10 days for roof repairs. We do not require down payments.

What types of payments do you take?

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A 3% convenience fee is added to all credit card payments.

I like the estimate. What’s next?

Sign, date, and return the estimate to our office via email, fax, or snail mail. A signed estimate puts you on our To Do List. We will contact you to schedule your job.

How long will a re-roof or roof replacement take?

Most re-roofs take 1- 2 days, however, many factors go into roof replacements which include the size of the roof (bigger roofs take longer), degree of difficulty (the harder the roof, the longer it takes), whether or not there is wood damage, inclement weather, etc.

Do you repair gutters or siding?

Unfortunately, no. We do, however, provide new gutters and gutter guards for complete roof jobs and complete siding jobs.

Do you repair skylights?

Yes, we repair the areas where skylights attach to the roof. We also replace skylights.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, all roof repairs come with a 1 year labor guarantee. All roof replacements come with a 3 year labor guarantee and an upgraded 3 Star CertainTeed SureStart roof warranty. We also offer upgraded warranties on roof replacements for an additional cost. Ask your salesperson.

What if there’s bad weather?

We cannot control Mother Nature. Inclement weather delays our work production. If we are in the middle of a job, we will make certain that the roof is water tight and return to resume the work the next business day, weather permitting.
